Here are some goals I have:
- Cycle a century. 100 miles in 1 day.
- Take part in at least one multi-day bike ride.
- Go backpacking/camping for at least one weekend.
- Run a 10K trail race.
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet with LOTS of fruits and veggies.
