Happy New Year everyone! Ok, so I may be a few days late, but you still love me, right? Anywho, I'm excited for a new year to try new things (recipes, products, etc.), make new resolutions, and strive to be a better me.
Here are some goals I have:
Cycle a century. 100 miles in 1 day.
Take part in at least one multi-day bike ride.
Go backpacking/camping for at least one weekend.
Run a 10K trail race.
Eat a healthy, balanced diet with LOTS of fruits and veggies.
